Orders are delivered via:

  • Bring

The shipping method is selected automatically based on the fastest and most reliable option available.


3. Shipping Cost (Freight Information)

  • Free Shipping is offered on all orders within Norway.
  • No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days within Norway.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to high demand or external factors

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that:

  • Your address is complete and accurate
  • Your postal code is correct
  • Your contact details are valid

MiniBiker is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


7. Taxes & Duties

All taxes and VAT are included in your order.

No additional charges will be required upon delivery.


8. Delays

If unexpected delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions or external disruptions

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, MiniBiker is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to optimize delivery times.

You will receive separate tracking details if applicable.
