1. Return Request Period
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding any issue with their order or to request a return review.
The date on which your email request is received will be considered the official request date.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed and sent to our fulfillment system to ensure fast handling and delivery.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are confirmed, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is initiated by the customer (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Costs depend on the carrier you choose.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
